Abstract
Yanshou soybeans are a specialty of Yanshou region in Heilongjiang Province, China, and have been awarded the Ministry of Agriculture's logo product. They are one of the most representative characteristic products in the local area of Heilongjiang Province. Due to the different geographical and cultural conditions, as well as the differences in local customs and traditions, Yanshou soybeans are unique and renowned among the specialties of Heilongjiang Province, and are deeply loved by Yanshou soybean enthusiasts.
