Introduction to attractions
& nbsp;& nbsp; The Bodahada Pagoda on the west side of the city is the largest circular pagoda in the world, with a huge white dome shape and extraordinary momentum, giving people a feeling of vastness. There is a square tower on a grand white bowl, with huge Buddha eyes painted on all four sides, representing the boundless and all encompassing nature of Buddhism. Above the Buddha's eye is a golden spire. The outer edge of the tower is engraved with 108 small reliefs of Amitabha Buddha, which are stained with red paint and adorned with yellow flowers. The prayer flags flutter in the wind, which are tied up by people to fulfill their vows. Tibetans call the prayer flags "Fengma Banner" and "Longda" in Tibetan. The flag has five colors, representing the five basic elements that make up the world: red for fire, blue for sky, white for clouds, green for water, and yellow for earth. It is printed with Buddhist scriptures to bless sentient beings. There is a horse in the middle, riding the wind and heading straight to heaven. There is a Xizang prayer wheel in the wall jar at the bottom. Pilgrims read scriptures while turning the prayer wheel. It is said that it takes a thousand times to make a merit
& nbsp;& nbsp; There are some Tibetan Buddhist temples around the round dome of the Grand Pagoda. Colorful Thangkas, golden prayer wheels, thick butter smell, and occasional chanting sound make people return to Xizang in a trance
