1. Basic Introduction
Jiuzhen Mountain was originally named Wuzang Mountain and is known as Xiaowudang. Legend has it that a long time ago, there was an oolong tree on the mountaintop, which often ate livestock and wasted crops. The people hated and feared it at the same time. One day, nine fairy maidens passed by here and saw that the mountains and forests were quiet, with a clear spring at the top of the mountain. The area around the spring was as flat as a mirror, so they set up an altar by the spring to recite scriptures. Wulong saw someone disturbing its tranquility and circled around the mountain, enjoying the wind and rain, intending to swallow the fairies. At this moment, a fairy picked up a stone, threw it into the air, and shot down the oolong into the spring, settling it at the bottom of the water. From then on, the people in this area lived and worked in peace and contentment. To express gratitude to the Nine Fairy for subduing the evil dragon, the people renamed this mountain Jiuzhen Mountain

There are no direct buses to Wuhan Jiuzhen Mountain Forest Park in Wuhan, only buses can be taken.
