& nbsp; Located in Huguang Village and Fuxing Village, Emei Township, Hsinchu County, commonly known as Emei Lake, it was built by intercepting the upper reaches of the Emei River. The reservoir is 98.8 meters long and 24.4 meters high, with four gates. It mainly irrigates the farmland in Xiangshan, Baoshan, Zhunan, and Toufen townships, and has the function of storing and draining floodwaters. The "Made for Heaven" monument next to the dam was inscribed by Mr. Jiang Menglin to commemorate the difficulty of the project. The water area of Dapu Reservoir varies in width, connected to both sides by a suspension bridge. There are many small islands with lush vegetation in the lake, which look like green beads scattered in the blue waves from afar. There is a flat grassland in the southwest of the reservoir that can be used for camping; Camping here, you can see the deep blue lake to the east and the lush mountains to the west. Everywhere you go is lush green, which is refreshing and invigorating. The Fuxing community, located on the north bank of the reservoir, is famous for planting "Fuxing tea". There is a Fuxin tea factory covering an area of thousands of ping in the area. When you go to Dapu Reservoir, you can enjoy tea on the way. Camping is allowed at Dapu Reservoir, but equipment must be brought and reported to the stationed police in advance
