 & nbsp; Next to the Taipei Fine Arts Museum stands a Tudor style building that constantly attracts wedding industry professionals from all over the world to come and take photos. It is the Meiming Artist Friendship Center. The Artist Friendship Center, also known as Yuanshan Annex or Artist Friendship Center, is located at 181 Zhongshan North Road Section 3, Taipei City. It is currently a coffee and simple restaurant. This building has a long history! It was designed by the British and Japanese Kondo Shihiro in 1914; The builder is Chen Chaojun, a tea merchant from Dihua Street in Taipei and a native of Gulangyu Island, Xiamen, Fujian Province. At present, according to available information, the Chen family's lineage was not revealed in 1923. This villa was once owned by the Wang family and was later requisitioned by the Japanese military police. At the beginning of the liberation, it was the residence of former Legislative Yuan Speaker Huang Kuo shu, and was temporarily converted into an art museum. It was purchased by the municipal government in 1979 and handed over to the municipal art museum for management on December 17, 1987
