Changzhou Village, Xiaying Town, Zhenji County, is the northernmost and highest remote mountain village in Tianjin, with a total of 90 households and 265 people. It has 154 acres of arable land and 12000 acres of forest land, including 8000 acres of timber forest and 4000 acres of economic forest. Among them, 11289 acres of arable land and 147571 acres of forest land have a total area of 54338 acres in Wuyuan. There are 2.0937 million mature and young fruit trees, producing 6.35 million kilograms of dry and fresh fruits with a total output value of 10.96 million yuan. It has gradually built a production base for fruits and flowers such as 10000 acres of Yanshan chestnuts, 1000 acres of high-quality early pears, 1000 acres of high-quality peaches, and 1000 acres of roses.
