Introduction Tengchong County is located in the southwest of Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, adjacent to Myanmar in the west. It was once a key point on the ancient Southwest Silk Road in history. Tengchong County is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese, a cultural land, and a famous jade distribution center. It is also a provincial-level historical and cultural city. Tengchong was called Dian Yue during the Western Han Dynasty, and Tengchong Prefecture was established in the middle of the Dali Kingdom.
