Wuzhen

@Wuzhen Town, belonging to Tongxiang City, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the "Golden Triangle" of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and in the hinterland of the Hangzhou Jiaxing Huzhou Plain. The water system in Wuzhen belongs to the the Taihu Lake Lake basin, where rivers are intertwined, and the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal runs along the town. Wuzhen was originally divided into two towns, Wuqing and Wuzhen, with the city river as the boundary. Wuzhen was located west of the river and belonged to Wucheng County, Huzhou Prefecture; Hedong is Qingzhen, belonging to Tongxiang County, Jiaxing Prefecture. After liberation, Wuzhen Town west of Shihe was transferred to Tongxiang County and was collectively referred to as Wuzhen Town
