Morong Miao Village Scenic Area

Morong Miao Village, also known as Longbizui Village, consists of 13 Miao villages, 17 village groups, 1018 households, and 5568 people. Located at the junction of Jishou, Guzhang, and Baojing counties (cities), it is 20 kilometers away from the state capital Jishou, 22 kilometers away from Guzhang County, 130 kilometers away from Zhangjiajie, and 80 kilometers away from Fenghuang Ancient City. The village is located on the "golden passage" from Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang, with convenient transportation options including Jiaoliu Railway, Longji Expressway, and Provincial Highway S229 passing through the village

"Morong" is in Miao language, meaning "a place with dragons".
