Daxing'anling May 6th Fire Memorial Hall

@The "May 6th" Fire Memorial Hall in Daxing'anling was built to reflect on and commemorate the catastrophic forest fire that occurred on May 6th, 1987. The Memorial Hall is located on the east side of Zhonghua Road in Xilinji Town, Mohe City, Heilongjiang Province, at the northwest end of District 17. It was completed and opened on October 22, 1988, and was renovated and expanded in 2006. The new hall covers an area of 6000 square meters, with a building area of 2420 square meters and an exhibition hall area of 1800 square meters
