@The 0# Yalu River Bridge is located on the banks of the Yalu River on Jiang'an Road in Zhenxing District, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, China. It is the residual part of the original Yalu River Bridge after it was destroyed by bombing. The Yalu River Broken Bridge is the first bridge among many bridges on the Yalu River, built by the Railway Bureau of the Governor General's Office of Korea in Japan. Construction began in May 1909 and was completed in October 1911. In November 1950, it was blown up by the US Air Force and became a witness to the vicissitudes of the history of the Korean War@In 2006, the Yalu River Broken Bridge was approved by the State Council as the sixth batch of key cultural relics protection units in China, and it is also the only national level protection unit in the urban area of Dandong. In December 2016, the Yalu River Broken Bridge was selected as one of the "National Red Tourism Scenic Spots List"#
