Scenic spot description
Wucaitan is a national 4A level scenic spot located on both sides of the river, with different north-south features. Wucaitan is located in Yegezituobie Township, about 24 kilometers northwest of Burqin County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. The Ertix River, which flows into the Arctic Ocean, passes through it. The Wucaitan landform is unique and has a long-term dry area, belonging to a typical colorful hill (or colorful hill landform). On April 13, 2018, it was selected as one of the "Magical Northwest 100 Scenic Spots".
