Bayinbuluke Grassland, formerly known as Yuledusi Grassland, Zhuleduz Grassland, and Yurudosi Grassland, is mainly located in Bayinbuluke District, northwest of Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and Jing County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, in the Yuledusi River Basin. The total area of Bayinbuluke Grassland is 23835 square kilometers, with a usable grassland area of 20519 square kilometers and an average altitude between 1500 and 2500 meters. It is the second largest grassland in China after the Hulunbuir Grassland in Inner Mongolia. The Bayinbuluke Grassland has a flat terrain and abundant aquatic plants. It is a typical grass meadow grassland and one of the important animal husbandry bases in Xinjiang. It is a natural scenic area integrating mountains, basins, and grasslands. Due to minimal impact from human activities, the Bayinbrook Grassland preserves a variety of rare species from around the world, making it an ideal breeding habitat for wild animals such as swans. According to preliminary statistics, there are a total of 704 species of wild vascular plants belonging to 254 genera in 62 families in the Bayinbuluke Scenic Area. In October 2010, Bayinbuluke Scenic Area was approved as a national AAAA level tourist attraction. In October 2016, Bayinbuluke was established as a national AAAAA level tourist attraction
