The summit of Huangyangjie Mountain has an altitude of 1343 meters. Here, the peaks and ridges are stacked, the terrain is steep, and the atmosphere is varied. It is often shrouded in vast clouds and mist, as if the vast ocean stretches endlessly. Therefore, it is also known as Wangyangjie. The Huangyangjie Scenic Area includes Huangyangjie, Dajing, Bamianshan, and Shangjing@On August 30, 1928, the famous Battle of Huangyangjie took place here, and to this day, the fortifications of the outpost, the Red Army barracks, as well as the small paths and lotus trees along which Mao Zedong, Zhu De, and Red Army soldiers carried grain from Ninggang are still preserved.
