Jiaxiu Building is located at No. 8 Cuiwei Lane, Nanming District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, China. It is situated on the Nanming River and was first built in the 26th year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1598). The building was built on a large boulder in the river and has undergone numerous repairs throughout history. The current building is a reconstruction relic from the first year of the Xuantong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1909)

Jiaxiu Building is divided into three floors, all with white stones as railings, and each floor is enclosed, with a height of about 20 meters from the bridge deck to the roof; The Nanming River flows in front of the building and merges into Hanbitan; The two sides of the building are connected by a stone arch "Fuyu Bridge", and there is a small pavilion on the bridge called "Hanbi Pavilion"; The whole building is made of red beams and green tiles, with three eaves and four corners on three floorsJiaxiu Building is a witness to the history of Guiyang and a symbol of cultural development

@28. On March 28, 2008, Jiaxiu Tower was designated as one of the six batches of national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council as part of the "Wenchang Pavilion and Jiaxiu Tower"#
