Wanfeng Lake

@Wanfeng Lake is located in the southeast of Xingyi City, the capital of Qiannan Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. It is an important part of Xingyi National Geopark in the People's Republic of China and enjoys the reputation of "the lake of ten thousand peaks, the highest in the southwest, and a picturesque landscape". Wanfeng Lake is equivalent to two Dali Erhai Lake, 17 Qingzhen Hongfeng Lake, 76 Hangzhou West Lake. Wanfeng Lake has 10.8 billion cubic meters of water and 816 square kilometers of water surface. It is an important water source for the "the Pearl River Delta" economic zone. Wanfeng Lake is a freshwater lake formed by the storage of water after the completion of the Tianshengqiao High Dam Power Station, a national key hydropower project. The water surface is vast and misty, and the lake is shimmering. The main waterway is 128 kilometers long, and the average width of the lake surface is over 4 kilometers. There are more than 80 islands and peninsulas in the lake. The beautiful scenery of Wanfeng Lake is naturally formed, with abundant fish and beautiful water. Fishermen gather here, and it is known as the "paradise for wild fishermen". The entire island, peninsula, harbor, and inner lake of the lake are intertwined, and visitors can enjoy it all year round
