Traffic situation

There are multiple modes of transportation to reach Beihai Park. You can get off at Beihai Park Station on Metro Line 2 or Line 6, and exit at Exit C to directly enter Park 1.

Scenic spot description

@Beihai Park, located at No.1 Wenjin Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, is adjacent to Jingshan Park to the east, Zhongnanhai to the south, and Shichahai to the north. The park covers an area of 682000 square meters (including 389000 square meters of water area and 293000 square meters of land area) and was opened as a park in 1925

Beihai Park is centered around Beihai. During the Liao, Jin, and Yuan dynasties, palaces were built here, while during the Ming and Qing dynasties, they were designated as imperial gardens, belonging to ancient Chinese royal gardens
