Preferential policy: free ticket: children under 1.2 meters, the elderly over 70 years old, active-duty soldiers, military disabled, etc. (with valid documents); half price: 6-18 years old, 60-69 years old, students under 24 years old (with valid documents)
Altitude: about 2380 meters, low risk of altitude sickness
II. Traffic Guide
• Shuttle bus: There is a direct shuttle bus to Sanba Township at about 9:00 every day at Shangri-La Bus Station. The ticket price is about 35 yuan, 4 hours by car, and there is an additional service during the festival.
• Self-driving: Take the East Ring Road (Huxiang Highway) for about 2.5 hours. There are gas stations in Sanba Township. There are many sharp bends on Panshan Road. Pay attention to falling rocks in the rainy season.
• Chartered car/carpooling: Shangri-La round-trip is about 400 yuan/car, carpooling is about 150 yuan/person, and you can visit the Tiger Jumping Gorge on the way.
• In the scenic spot: walk on the plank road, or you can choose to ride a horse (about 20 yuan/time, 5 minutes). It is recommended to walk to enjoy the scenery along the way.
III. Travel routes and punching points
Recommended route: the plank road on the left to go up the mountain → artificial canal → "Godd's spirit" → immortal field (core landscape) → fairy bath → colorful Yaochi → Zaotan Spring Huachi → Qinglong Spring, Baihu Spring → the plank road on the right down the mountain.
Must-visit point
• Xianren's legacy field: the core calcium terraced field, when the sun shines at 8-10 o'clock in the morning, the blue and white pool water is like a mirror, which is excellent.
• Quanhua Waterfall: Calcihua Waterfall, which is 300 meters wide, is photographed in the afternoon, and the water flow is as dreamy as cream.
• Dongba altar: the birthplace of Dongba religion of the Naxi nationality. You can hang prayer flags and turn around the mani pile to experience Dongba culture.
Special experience
• Terraced field light and shadow show (night tour): every night 20:00-21:30, 3D projection shows the epic of Naxi's creation, need to make an appointment 1 day in advance (limited to 300 people), tripod shooting permission 50 yuan/time.
• Naxi non-heritage workshop: Dongba papermaking (150 yuan / 2 hours), traditional tie-dyeing (180 yuan, works can be taken away), Naxi ancient music performance at 15:00 every day.
IV. Food recommendation
• Be sure to try Naxi grilled fish (crispy skin and tender meat), chicken bean cold powder (sour and spicy smooth), Naxi bacon (tight and mellow), yak beef jerky (spicy and flavored), with ghee tea to warm up and relieve fatigue. Baishuitai Impression Restaurant and Baodan Restaurant at the entrance of the scenic spot taste authentic, 30-80 yuan per capita; you can also try bitter buckwheat cake with honey, spring tofu and other special snacks.

VI. Notes
• Safety: The ground of the calcium flower is wet and slippery, wear non-slip shoes, and do not step into the calcium flower pool (destroy the ecology and fine).
• Protection: strong ultraviolet rays on the plateau, bring sunscreen, sunglasses and hats; the temperature difference between day and night is large, and wear a thick coat to prevent the wind.
• Culture: Respect the beliefs of the Naxi nationality, do not step on the prayer flags or touch the Buddha statue, and obtain the consent of the local people first.
• Others: There is no signal in some areas of the scenic spot. Inform your relatives and friends of the itinerary in advance; bring your own drinking water and snacks.
