Introduction
& nbsp; Located in the valley of Xinliao Creek, a tributary of Keelung River, it is composed of the former "Wild Man Valley Scenic Area", "Tianyun Cave Scenic Area", and "Dahua Huxue Area". There are Cuigu Waterfall, Guanyin Waterfall, Maze Cave Waterfall, Xinliao Waterfall, Yinmeng Waterfall and other waterfalls in the scenic area. Although these waterfalls are not as spectacular as the Ten Great Waterfalls, the surrounding environment is elegant and beautiful. The most distinctive feature of the scenic area is the Dahuahu Cave area located at the confluence of Xinliao River and Keelung River. The so-called "pot hole" refers to a circular pit. Here, the mountains are sandwiched and the river valley is narrow. The turbulent river water continuously rotates and erodes the riverbed with pebbles brought in from upstream. After a long time, it finally drills pot shaped caves on the hard rock riverbed, hence the name "pot cave". This wonder has been designated as a "landscape resource protection zone" in Taiwan
