1、 Pedestrian route: Starting from Exit 7, walk along Rainbow Road for about 300 meters and you will see a small hill. Continue walking upwards along the road for about 1 kilometer to reach the entrance of Shanhai Health Trail. 2、 Driving route: Starting from Exit 7, drive along Rainbow Road for about 2 kilometers, turn onto 2044 Township Road, and then drive about 2 kilometers to reach the entrance of Shanhai Health Trail

@The Xiamen Shanhai Health Trail has a total length of about 23 kilometers, starting from the cruise terminal and ending at Guanyin Mountain Dream Beach. It connects the "eight mountains and three waters" on the island, including Tongdang Lake, Huwei Mountain, Xianyue Mountain, Yuanshan, Xueling Mountain, Hutou Mountain, Jinshan, Hubian Reservoir, Wuyuan Bay, Huzi Mountain, Guanyin Mountain, etc. The health trail connects important ecological nodes in the central and northern parts of Xiamen Island, forming a mountain sea pedestrian corridor that runs through the east-west direction of the island.
