Method for making Huangze and Peanut Soup
Main ingredients: 300g of fresh peanut kernels, 200g of white sugar, 1500g of water, and 30g of orange paste
Recipe
1. First, put the peanut kernels into a pot, and then use another pot to boil water. When the water is boiling, pour hot water into the pot with peanut kernels while it is still hot, cover the pot tightly and soak for about 15 minutes. Then pour it into a bamboo sieve, pinch and wipe it with your hand to remove the peanut kernel film. While pinching and wiping, float it with water until all the peanut kernel film is completely removed. Set aside for later use
2. Put the peeled peanut kernels into a pot, add 1000 grams of water (a little soda ash can be added), boil over high heat first, and then use low heat to simmer. After boiling for about 1 hour, add 500 grams of water and bring to a boil. Then, simmer over low heat until the peanut kernels are crushed into powder with your fingers.
