Yingjing yellow cattle are mainly produced in Yingjing County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, as well as adjacent areas of Tianquan County and Ya'an. Yingjing County belongs to the southwestern mountainous area of Sichuan, with an altitude of 700-1800 meters. The climate is relatively mild, with abundant rainfall, moist soil, abundant grass, and abundant agricultural and sideline products such as corn stalks, shells, soybean stalks, and rice straw.
