Due to its appearance resembling ancient ingots, the locals nicknamed it "Zizhou Yuanbao Bean". Its content of soy isoflavones is particularly higher than that of major soybean producing areas such as Northeast China, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang, making it the true king of beans
